VP / Head: R&D - Material Science_ Gujarat

Lead R&D function for developing compounds/ products in the material science space. Should understand structure-property relationship to develop pdts from lab to commercial production for enhanced capability in the cathode chemistry.
Required Candidate profile
Min 15 years of R&D experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in material science, specialty chemicals or advanced inorganic materials
Excellent leadership & communication skills
