VP, Fund Finance – APAC Growth & Deal Execution

MUFG is seeking a Vice President Fund Finance to drive the APAC Fund Finance business. You will originate and execute complex transactions for a diverse client base, collaborating with senior colleagues to expand MUFG’s Fund Finance portfolio across the region.

You will manage credit-related matters from initial assessment to closing, conduct due diligence, prepare and negotiate term sheets, and support closing operations. Strong client engagement and banking knowledge are essential.
