About you The Vice President, Real Estate Management Services is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of Colliers property management operations across British Columbia. In this position you are a key member of the Western Canada senior leadership team, this role oversees a team of Directors and regional leaders, driving operational excellence across a mixed portfolio with an emphasis on first class office.

The Vice President will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategy, elevating client service delivery, and enhancing asset performance. This position requires a highly accomplished leader with deep experience in office properties, strong financial and operational expertise, and a demonstrated ability to contribute to business growth through client engagement and new business development.
