VP - Brand Partnerships & Business Development

Responsibilities

• Scout, evaluate, and negotiate new brand partnerships from initial approach through deal structuring and contract closure
• Lead and oversee business plans and strategies for new brand acquisitions to ensure successful integration
• Collaborate with Strategy and Business Development teams on portfolio growth opportunities
• Act as a strategic consultant to local operating teams to strengthen partnerships and oversee financial health
• Develop and implement brand group strategies by defining vision and setting financial/operational KPIs
• Monitor key business KPIs and performance metrics
• Oversee omnichannel strategies, budgets, P&L, and performance targets
• Build and nurture long‑term strategic partnerships with brand principals
• Build and manage high‑performing teams through coaching and mentoring
