Join Vortex as a Sales Operations Specialist, supporting channel partners in a hybrid setting. Focus on onboarding, order tracking, and enhancing the partner experience.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a key contact for Vortex’s channel partners, ensuring they receive the best training and support. You'll monitor the sales lifecycle, process updates, and coordinate with various departments to address partner needs effectively. This role emphasizes accuracy and operational efficiency in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train channel partners on Vortex products and processes
• Ensure documentation is comprehensive and accurate
• Process and track partner orders and requests
• Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Service for project support
• Share pricing and policy information with partners

• Degree in Business Administration or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales support role
