Voids Coordinator
Location: Surrey, 1 days work from home per week
Contract: 6 months
Rate: £24.00 - £27.00phr Umbrella
I am recruiting for an experienced Voids Coordinator to support a busy Housing Property team on an interim basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong local authority or housing association background who has extensive experience managing and improving voids services. We're looking for someone who understands the challenges of delivering an efficient voids service and can drive performance improvements from day one.
The Role
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end voids process, reviewing current practices and implementing improvements to reduce turnaround times, improve quality and deliver better outcomes for residents.
Working closely with housing, repairs, contractors and senior management, you'll ensure void properties are refurbished efficiently, within budget and ready for letting as quickly...
