Voice of the Market Lead, NA - Quality & Stakeholder

Sonova Mexicali is seeking a Customer Quality & Stakeholder Manager to connect customers, key accounts, local markets, Quality Headquarters, and North American partners. You will own stakeholder management, drive customer service excellence, and ensure clear quality communication across the organization.

The role focuses on Voice of the Market, timely updates on quality investigations, corrective actions, and coordination during escalations.
