In this senior role, you will report to the Production Director and support production managers in coordinating various teams. Candidates must have significant experience in feature film visual effects, 3D animation, or video game production, along with strong management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize team meetings and maintain schedules
• Document filming data in management systems
• Facilitate artist communication for feedback
• Oversee junior team member development
• Ensure project inventory aligns with timelines
Requirements:
• 3+ years in production coordination required
• Background in visual effects or animation needed
• Proficient in Shotgrid and related tools
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
