Visitor Experience Officer

Summary

Being a Visitor Experience Officer for the National Trust is all about people – connecting with them, inspiring them, and making sure they have the best possible day when they come to visit.

You'll work 37.5 hours per week. Your working pattern will generally be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with the expectation of occasional weekend work in line with Duty Manager rota or any events that are held on a weekend. This will likely be around 1 weekend every 5 weeks, but depends on business needs.Interview date: 9th July 2026
