Vision application training engineer (guadalajara) (Villahermosa)

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/on‑call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

About the Role

Technical expert & trainer - responsible for technology transfer and advanced support.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive comprehensive system training at the China headquarters during the initial project phase.
• Upon arrival at the assigned location, conduct systematic technical training for all on‑site operators and service coordinators.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and complete key technical tasks such as system validation and ground‑truth comparison.
• Organize and optimize localized operation and maintenance documentation.
