The Training and Development Specialist provides training and learning development support for a multi-year transformation program. The role guides users through changes by delivering formal and informal training for existing and new users, gathers user needs, QA validates features and fixes, and contributes to higher user satisfaction and value from the organization’s CRM systems. The position reports to the Director for Strategic Planning and Operations, Data, Analytics, Insights and Innovation. This role helps lead Training and Learning Development for the Demand to Renew Transformation initiative.
