Ostium is on a simple mission: make it possible for anyone with a digital wallet to trade stocks, commodities, currencies, and crypto with full transparency. We’re replacing the opaque, offshore brokerage model with a transparent, permissionless trading stack built onchain.
Responsibilities
- Source, pitch, and close high-volume traders, including prop traders, HNWIs, funds, and VIPs
- Build and actively manage an existing network of large, active leveraged traders
- Develop the VIP sales playbook, including SOPs for outreach, qualification, onboarding, and retention
- Nurture traders through white-glove onboarding and ongoing support
- Support affiliate acquisition by converting trader relationships into partnerships
- Provide trader feedback to Product and Liquidity teams regarding trading pairs, spreads, and fees
