VIP Onsite Desktop Support Engineer – Dubai

Excis is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer in Dubai to deliver end-user computing support across desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. You’ll be the primary point of contact for executive users, handling VIP incidents with professionalism and clear communication.

The role covers IMAC, AV support, and asset management in a fast-paced, global IT environment. The position requires 3–8 years in desktop support, strong Windows and M365 skills, and experience with ITSM tools.
