VIP Flight Dispatch & Operations Lead

Comlux Aviation in Dubai seeks an experienced VIP flight dispatch professional to manage international flight operations, including planning, dispatch, and crew coordination, with willingness to work shifts including nights.

You will liaise with customers and AOC teams, interpret weather and NOTAMs, and ensure compliance with US/EASA regulations, TSA waivers, and CBP where applicable. Strong IT skills in ForeFlight, SITA/AFTN, FL3XX, and MS Office are essential.
