*Next Step:*Next Step is a hospital-based violence intervention program partnership between the City of Minneapolis and Hennepin Healthcare System (HHS). The program serves victims of violent injury (e.g. gunshot, stabbing, serious assault) who have been treated at HHS (HCMC), North Memorial, Children's Minneapolis, or Abbott-Northwestern.
This is a grant funded role. A valid driver's license and access to an insured, reliable vehicle are required.
