Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional photographs of residential and commercial properties for listings, brochures, websites, and social media.
• Conduct on‑site photo shoots ensuring proper lighting, staging, and composition.
• Take staff headshots, team photos, and event coverage as needed.
• Edit and enhance images for clarity, lighting, and branding consistency.
• Film property walkthroughs, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Operate and manage video equipment, including gimbals, drones, lighting kits, and microphones.
• Produce engaging short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with the social media team to storyboard and plan content.
• Post‑production edit videos with transitions, effects, music, branding overlays, and captions.
