What you will do:
I'm looking for a passionate full-time video editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention content for Instagram and YouTube.
- Edit both short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) videos.
- Make simple talking-head videos engaging using:
- Music
- Typography
- Pacing
- Sound effects
- Motion graphics (where relevant)
- Understand what performs well on Instagram and YouTube.
- Collaborate on improving hooks, retention, and overall storytelling.
