Job Description
This is an on-site Video Editor role based in Patna. We are looking for someone who can own our video editing workflow end-to-end and create content that performs without constant support. The right person should be creative, technically sharp, independent, and able to turn raw footage into engaging, platform-ready content.
What you will do
- Edit reels, short-form videos, talking-head content, ads, and other social-first content for daily posting.
- Replicate editing directions based on trends, references, creators, and brand style.
- Turn raw footage into polished, engaging edits that feel platform-native and performance-focused.
- Build strong hooks, pacing, retention cuts, and visual flow for Instagram and other short-form platforms.
- Add captions, subtitles, text animations, callouts, overlays, and motion-based elements where needed.
