Vice President, Testing & Commissioning

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure that all systems, subsystems and operational interfaces are tested and commissioned safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Develop and drive the overall SPC1 T&C strategy toward SIT readiness.
• Ensure timely completion and approval of all prerequisite documentation prior to SIT, including T&C Plans and Procedures, Test Reports (FAT, SAT, Pre‑Integration), Interface Test Reports and Defect/Non‑Conformance Closure Records.
• Establish and maintain SIT readiness checklists, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
• Verify the functionality and reliability of the ART/H2V system (testing and commissioning, troubleshooting), including signals and train management detection equipment.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration between systems and interfacing parties (e.g., SPC2, infrastructure, signalling, telecom)....
