Job Description
**Kongsberg Discovery**is looking for a **Vice President, Inertial Solutions**to lead and develop the Inertial Solutions business unit in our Seatex division. Our division has ambitious organic and in-organic growth plans and is seeking a **Vice President** to be part of the management team of the division. You will actively contribute to the development of the division from a holistic standpoint reporting to the EVP of Seatex.
The role involves leading a team of eight highly motivated professionals, including product managers, product advisers, and technical engineers, some of whom are recognized as global thought leaders. You will set and follow up on ambitious targets for the Inertial Solutions business unit, oversee the entire product lifecycle from feasibility study to end-of-life, and monitor profitability performance in close collaboration with the finance division.
