Job Description
Proven HR leadership in industrial, manufacturing, EPC, or project-based organisations with a large direct workforceExperience building HR functions, systems, and leadership capabilitynot just managing established processes.Strong command of labour laws, statutory compliance, workforce planning, and HR operations at scale
Location - Vadodara-based, or 2-3 days/week in Vadodara
Experience - 12 to 18 years in HR leadership with industrial / project workforce experience Sector - Industrial Services | Manufacturing | EPC
Responsibilities :
Compliance and workforce operations
Own all statutory obligations across PF, ESIC, PT, and labour law end to end, every month
Drive site HR performance on worker onboarding, attendance, payroll accuracy, and ERP data quality
Ensure wage payment within statutory timelines across all direct employees
Labour workforce strategy
Develop and own HEERU's approach to labour sourcing, retention, skill deployment, and productivi...
