Vice President - ETrading and Algo Trading

We’re looking for an experienced Electronic Trading Risk & Control Manager (VP). This is a senior role where you’ll combine electronic trading risk expertise, stakeholder engagement, and strong control execution to ensure global risk and control framework remains robust and future-ready.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance controls across the algorithm lifecycle, automated controls, and electronic trading platforms (OMS, EMS, D2C)
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management of electronic and algorithmic trading activities
• Respond to risk issues, internal reviews, and regulatory inquiries (MiFID II, MAR, SEC 15(c), SS518, etc.)
• Design tools to monitor trading risks and perform pre- & post-trade control testing
• Collaborate with business heads and risk managers to strengthen operating models and deliver strategic transformation initiatives
