• Lead the development and implementation of SMBC Group's Early Careers recruitment strategy for Singapore.
• Partner with Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class social media and Early Careers branding initiatives.
• Executing the branding, and engagement strategies, and leading University Relations for the region.
• Define country recruiting strategies (attracting, sourcing, campaigns, university relations) and timelines to source for diverse early career talents.
