- Lead the development and implementation of SMBC Group’s Early Careers recruitment strategy for Singapore.
- Partner with Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class social media and Early Careers branding initiatives.
- Executing the branding, and engagement strategies, and leading University Relations for the region.
- Define country recruiting strategies (attracting, sourcing, campaigns, university relations) and timelines to source for diverse early career talents.
- Develop and implement early identification programs to create a robust pipeline into the Summer Internship program. Responsible for curating and executing the Summer Internship program and conversion of interns to full time analysts.
