Vice President – Delivery Lead ( Client Experience & Client Lifecycle Change, Client transformation, Client Onboarding)

Location: Mumbai

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end client transformation initiatives across the Wholesale franchise ( Investment Banking).

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Own end-to-end delivery of client lifecycle & client experience change initiatives
✅ Lead projects from initiation through go-live and benefits realization
✅ Partner with Front Office, Operations, Credit, Legal & Technology teams
✅ Drive client onboarding, KYC, client data & servicing transformation
✅ Manage requirements, process design, governance, risks & dependencies
✅ Lead distributed global delivery teams across regions
✅ Drive AI & data-enabled transformation initiatives
