Vice President, CCPF - Card Portfolio MY

Lead and manage the credit card portfolio sales team to drive portfolio growth, profitability , customer engagement and portfolio quality. The role is responsible for portfolio strategy execution, campaign management, analytic and cross-functional coordination to achieve business targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.

Strategy and Planning

• Initiate and execute portfolio sales & revenue, cost savings and fee income strategies
• Monitor portfolio performance including utilization , revolving rate and profitability.
• Work closely with marketing and digital teams to design targeted customer campaigns.
• Identifies key objectives, financial and other performance measures for the team
• Manages customer experience and process improvement relates activities
