About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, professional, and highly organised Receptionist/Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Company. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them with kindness, assisting with bookings/referrals, and ensuring that every visit runs smoothly from start to finish.

In this role, you’ll balance a busy front desk with calm efficiency, helping both our clients and our team at the back deliver an exceptional experience every time.
