Operation TBI Freedom (OTF), a sponsored program of Craig Hospital, is seeking an adaptable and empathetic Veteran TBI Care Coordinator. In this vital non-clinical case management role, you will act as a dedicated advocate and battle buddy for veterans and service members living with traumatic brain injuries (TBI).
You will help clients and their families successfully reintegrate into civilian life by navigating complex military, VA, and community support systems. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and rewarding, focusing on:
Holistic Advocacy: Removing barriers to healthcare, benefits, housing, transportation, and behavioral health.
Building Connections: Fostering meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their caregivers.
