Veteran Pathways Career Development Officer

NHS Scotland is recruiting a Career Development Officer to enhance career pathways within its Estates & Facilities Directorate. This six-month fixed term role involves hands-on engagement across various sites, helping develop and progress workforce opportunities, especially for the Armed Forces community.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping practical pathways for individuals, with the aim of creating an inclusive and representative workforce.
