Venue Operations Lead — Water Sports Centre

The Kallang Group is seeking a Venue Operations Manager for the Water Sports Centre. You will oversee daily operations, lead frontline staff, and coordinate events to deliver exceptional experiences for visitors and event hirers.

You will work with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure safety, compliance and high customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient operations. A background in sports or leisure facilities and emergency certifications is advantageous.
