Vendor Billing & Invoicing Specialist

Eaton is looking for a dedicated professional in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico, to provide a single point of contact for vendors concerning invoicing for tech support of Critical Power Solutions products. The candidate will ensure all credits, invoices, and portals are correctly managed.

The responsibilities include updating AP emails, enhancing customer service, resolving invoice disputes, and collaborating closely with financial teams. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of relevant experience along with proficiency in SAP and Sales Force.
