As part of the Customer Training team, you will engage in designing and facilitating instructor-led training sessions, webinars, and developmental materials. This position will leverage your expertise in instructional design to enhance training effectiveness and continuously address the needs of our users. Your collaboration with product and customer success teams will ensure alignment with business strategies.
