• Creation and management of the production program (annual, monthly, and daily).
• Coordination with Sales to align demand and production volume.
• Analysis of plant capacity vs. production requirements.
• Monitoring and control of volume variations and accumulated differences by model.
• Tracking and execution of projects (Major & Minor Changes).
