In the role of Vehicle Delivery Expert, you'll collaborate with sales to ensure every customer receives their vehicle smoothly. Duties include preparing vehicles by checking specifications and accessories, scheduling and communicating delivery details, and conducting vehicle feature demonstrations. You’ll also collect payments and inspect trade-in vehicles, making your role essential in retaining customer satisfaction.
