**About the job**
We are excited to announce that we have an opportunity for a Vault Assistant! The Vault acts as a distribution center for the Branch, in which all incoming and outgoing parcels, coin orders/deposits, air courier deliveries/pickups are documented and maintained under strict security and operating procedures.
As a Vault Assistant you will have the opportunity to:
+ Oversee the daily activities of the vault
+ Prepare runs – truck assignments, liabilitydispersaland item check-out
+ Receive and ship parcels
+ Verifying incoming/outgoing liabilities
+ Balance and audit vault contents
+ Maintain audit trail for all incoming and outgoing shipments
+ Ensuring receipts for all shipments and all vault documents areaccurateand meet time sensitive delivery deadlines
+ Data Entry
+ Ensuring vault opening and closing procedures are adhered to
+ Storing coin and balancing vault...
