What You Should Know About the Vascular Technologist :

• Monday- Friday: Typical hours 8:00- 4:30. This position will take call. Call is from 4:30 p.m.-8:00 a.m. during the week days and 24 hour call during the weekend and holidays.
• This position is based within Jefferson Regional Neurology Lab

Job Summary:
The Vascular Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of Ultrasound scans/exams and related procedures at a technical level by utilizing the appropriate equipment to perform high quality scans in the Neurology and/or Ultrasound Departments. This position is also responsible for following established standards and procedures, reviewing images to determine necessary adjustment for optimum results.
