LICENSE: CRT with Fluroroscopy Permit, ARRT (R), BLS, Certificate of advanced qualification is preferred ARRT-Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) and/or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV)
• CA Venipuncture Certificate preferred
