Key Responsibilities:
• Lead proposal and prequalification for tenders
• Organize teams for estimating and bid preparation
• Analyze project documents and attend meetings
• Develop cost estimates with vendors and clients
• Review supplier proposals and maintain records
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years as a civil estimator
• Skilled in Heavy Bid and MS Project software
• Experience in civil contracting in BC
