Job Description
Driver Hire Newcastle & Sunderland are looking to recruit a number of chilled pharmaceutical van drivers for one of their most prestigious clients on an ongoing contract covering long term sickness. Your typical working week will consist of working Monday to Saturday and the position has the potential of going permanent for the right candidate in the long term.
You will be the face of this nationally recognized organization so excellent customer service and people skills are imperative. The role can also involve a moderate to high amount of manual handling when loading and unloading the pharmaceutical products from the van. Experience in temperature controlled vehicles would also be desirable.
A driving assessment will be provided on arrival. On successful completion you will be provided with a full induction, followed by additional support and full training to ensure you’re comfortable in the role.
