Overview
Arrive to work on time in proper uniform including nametag.
To shuttle hotel guests to and from the airport during their stay; Contribute to the guest experience by making it easier and more enjoyable for guest to arrive, check in and stay at the property.
Drives incoming/departing hotel guests between hotel and airport or other approved destinations and assists guests with luggage.
Attends and participates in monthly front desk and driver meetings.
Delivers proper communication of shuttle runs, delays or needs with fellow drivers on shift and front desk.
Inspects van to ensure that it is in order and that supplies are adequate. Reports damage, accidents or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor.
Complete and submits daily vehicle inspection and guest count checklists.
