Value & Reporting Head

Value & Reporting head owns the financials of the PMO. The financials are two‑fold: the CAPEX budget for projects and the PMO budget. The Value & Reporting Lead is responsible for streamlining the demand prioritization process and ensuring correct business cases are present. The Lead is also tasked with identifying, tracking, and realizing value and ROI across portfolios, and escalating any exceptions. Regarding the PMO budget, the Lead will assist in resolving any escalation or deviation cases in spend and consolidation. The Lead works closely with the Central PMO Head to report value realization and financials to senior management committees.

• Mandatory: University Degree in Finance or equivalent
• Preferred: MBA or equivalent degree
• Total finance experience of 15+ years
