In this role you bridge business domains, AI/HPC platforms, and infrastructure to translate use cases into executable workloads on Roche's AI Factory and HPC systems. You ensure readiness, design scalable deployment patterns, and guide onboarding from concept to running workloads. You will embed governance and drive measurable outcomes, enabling rapid time-to-value and sustainable adoption. This role supports cross-functional collaboration to scale AI and HPC initiatives across Roche. You will help shape the AI Factory ecosystem with practical, end-to-end execution and continuous improvement.
