This position currently has 12 direct reports (Validation Tools Engineers).
What You Will Do
This position is responsible for management of the development of test strategy / interface tools for Harman automotive products including amplifiers, loudspeaker, microphones, AHU & displays.
The position will work closely with the HW Validation & Certification Global teams and Engineering to ensure test strategy and interface tools that fully validate our products.
Manage the design of automated solutions to improve efficiencies of the System Infrastructure general organization.
Support and mentor team members on the use of automated tools and developing new measurements for automated testers.
