Responsibilities
- Greet guests professionally and courteously upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with opening vehicle doors, unloading luggage, or providing directions when needed.
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in designated parking areas.
- Maintain organization and security of vehicle keys.
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe.
- Monitor the flow of traffic in and out of the valet area to avoid congestion.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with other valet staff and supervisors.
- Provide accurate information about the location, including services or amenities available.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle damage immediately.
