Job Description
Väderstad is seeking a Design Engineer in Training to enhance product lines and customer service through innovative design. This position requires teamwork and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
As part of the Design Group, you will report to the Design Group Manager. You should possess a university engineering degree along with 2-3 years of relevant engineering experience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining design documentation, collaborating on testing procedures, and actively improving equipment features based on user feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and maintain equipment component models
• Execute design analysis and product refinement
• Document and report on testing outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers
• Identify areas for quality and cost improvements
Requirements:
