As Lead Project Manager, you are responsible for leading and delivering multiple complex projects within the aviation domain. You oversee the full project lifecycle, from preparation and planning through execution and handover. You ensure control over scope, budget, timelines, and risks, while maintaining high standards in quality and safety.

You act as a key contact for stakeholders, clients, and partners. In addition, you lead and support project managers and multidisciplinary teams, contribute to strategic decision-making, and continuously improve project execution processes.
