Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead design strategy and CRO at Tropicfeel, based in Barcelona. The role is full‑time onsite and combines design leadership, conversion‑rate optimisation, and web content & QA management.
Key Responsibilities Lead design and optimization of all web touchpoints following Tropicfeel Guidelines, creating user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity interfaces.
Analyse quantitative and qualitative data, conduct weekly performance reviews (CTR, time on page, bounce rate), and drive long‑term design innovation and scalability.
Own continuous optimisation strategy for key pages (Homepage, Collection, Landing, PDP), monitor conversion metrics, plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests, and report outcomes to cross‑functional teams.
Collaborate with E‑commerce, Performance, and Brand teams to implement conversion‑focused designs and improve structural layouts.
