UX/UI Specialist - Salesforce Transformation
We are looking for a UX/UI Specialist - Salesforce Transformation to join a delivery team and contribute to a large‑scale CRM transformation initiative. In this role, you will help improve user experience, simplify access to business data, and drive adoption of Salesforce solutions within a complex and highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Owner to define and evolve user‑centric Salesforce solutions
- Design functional mockups and contribute to proof‑of‑concept development in non‑production environments
- Support the deployment of solutions through established Agile delivery processes
- Improve user interfaces and optimize end‑to‑end user journeys within Salesforce
- Enhance dashboard design, data visualization, and overall platform ergonomics
- Translate business needs into actionable configurations and enhancements within Salesforce
