About The Opportunity
We are seeking an Intermediate/Senior UX Researcher to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives within consumer banking. This role will focus on optimizing and re-platforming sales journeys for deposit accounts (chequing & savings) and credit cards , ensuring research-driven improvements across application flows.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams—including Design, Product, and Leadership—to shape intuitive, data-informed digital experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to influence core customer journeys in a highly visible transformation program.
