**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in an applied research setting (e.g., product or academic), or similar.
- Experience with mixed methods research, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience bringing research findings to life and helping executive audiences quickly and accurately understand the research and its results.
- Ability to grow in highly ambiguous environments, exploring emerging needs and trends.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of teams.
